With over 32 years of experience across both clinical and administrative roles, Sheila brings unmatched expertise and dedication to Roleystone Dental. Her leadership is the backbone of our team, combining professionalism with a warm, down-to-earth approach that instantly puts both patients and staff at ease.

Sheila is passionate about creating a welcoming, cheerful environment where everyone feels valued—often with a friendly chat or well-timed joke! Her compassionate nature and exceptional listening skills ensure every patient feels heard and supported, contributing to a positive experience at every visit.

She doesn’t just manage the practice—she builds lasting relationships with our patients, encouraging them to take pride in their dental health and feel genuinely comfortable coming to see us.

Outside of work, Sheila is an avid reader who loves travelling, socialising, and cheering on her two sons as they play footy for the local senior team.
